EPRA’s Best Practices Recommendations aim to make the financial statements of listed real estate companies across Europe more transparent and easier for investors and analysts to compare. The annual EPRA BPR Awards recognizes the efforts of listed real estate companies to align with the recommendations.
In 2020, Baltic Horizon Fund earned its first Gold BPR Award. In 2021 and 2022, the fund maintained gold-level and today, the fund is proud to announce that it has earned a Gold BPR Award for the fourth consecutive time.
Receiving a Gold BPR Award requires exceptional compliance with the BPR Guidelines which implies that the company has reported all seven recommended key performance measures.
Achieving transparency and high quality in our financial reporting has always been a key priority for us. We have participated in the annual BPR assessment since 2017, and we are excited to earn the highest recognition for our efforts once again from EPRA, commented Jurga Remeikė, Head of Fund Control for Baltic Horizon Fund.
