Baltic Horizon Fund will hold a general meeting of investors on 2 July 2024 (see announcements https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bc61e2582f98b6d108ebd6a8dd224f38f&lang=en and https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bcb0200f90971a24b66b970178a2f0ae0&lang=en). The agenda item to be voted on by the investors at the general meeting entails the issuance of new Baltic Horizon Fund units by private placement during 2024. The fund manager will hold an investor webinar to explain the background and reason for the intended private placement and reply to the most common questions received from the investors.

The webinar is scheduled for 26 June 2024 at 15:00 PM (CET) or 16:00 PM (EET).

The webinar will be hosted by Tarmo Karotam, the Fund Manager of Baltic Horizon Fund. Q&A session will follow after the presentation. Due to limited webinar time, we encourage participants to send their questions no later than one day before the webinar to tarmo.karotam@nh-cap.com.
