For the fifth time in a row, European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has awarded Baltic Horizon Fund a Gold Award in recognition of its financial reporting.
Financial reporting is valued by all our stakeholders, and we have made it a top priority to provide the highest quality financial reporting and communication. The entire team is delighted to once again see all our efforts being recognized by EPRA, commented Jurga Remeikė, Head of Fund Control for Baltic Horizon Fund.
PRA’s Best Practices Recommendations aim to make the financial statements of listed real estate companies across Europe more transparent and easier for investors and analysts to compare. The annual EPRA BPR Awards recognizes the efforts of listed real estate companies to align with the recommendations. The survey is performed by Deloitte, and this year, 178 companies were assessed.
As an EPRA member, Baltic Horizon Fund is committed to being transparent and to continuously improving its financial reporting. Baltic Horizon Fund was the first REIT from the Baltics to receive an EPRA BPR award, the Fund earned its first Gold BPR Award in 2020 and has received gold awards every year since. Receiving a Gold BPR Award requires exceptional compliance with the BPR Guidelines.
