ISR is a leading provider of international education, enrolling students from preschool through high school. Located in Skanste, the new campus is just 700 meters from ISR’s current secondary school, ensuring convenience for families and staff. The S27 building features spacious green grounds, ideal for sports and recreational activities, while being close to the Rimi Olympic Centre and other sports facilities. The modern facilities are designed to create a forward-thinking educational environment that supports the school’s commitment to academic excellence.

Skanste – a location for the future
The Skanste district in Riga is transforming into a modern, strategic hub offering A-class office buildings and high-quality urban living. S27, former headquarters of LNK, combines aesthetic and functional features and uses high-quality materials. The large floor plates offer unlimited layout options, and the lease agreement with ISR confirms the building’s versatility and flexibility.
The premises will undergo renovation and reconstruction to fit the high-performing school‘s needs for modern classrooms, science rooms, etc., and the outdoor areas will be upgraded with areas for football, basketball, etc. The relocation will take place within the next school year when renovation and reconstruction is completed, and infrastructure improvements are in place.
With a lease agreement of 5 years plus a 2-years extension option, S27 will be the new secondary school campus for a long period.

With the signing of the lease agreement with ISR, the top floors, representing around 3,600 m2 including access to 60 underground parking spaces, provide attractive opportunities for synergy tenants – including health, wellness, educational and other services.
