“We have had a very productive first quarter of the year, and today we can make the first announcement – a signed agreement with Lindex which will become a key visitor attraction in Europa. We are proud of this partnership, which is a result of a successfully chosen strategy, detailed planning, and consistent work. We are also extremely pleased with how Lindex and Europa complement each other,” said Viktorija Gražienė, Manager of Europa Shopping Center.

The 600 sq. m. Lindex store is scheduled to open on the second floor of Europa Shopping in October. The store design will be bright, warm, and minimalist.

“We are entering Europa believing in its transformation and the development and potential of Vilnius’ central business district. Our brand’s DNA and values, and what we offer meet the needs of both the shopping center and its target visitors. We create a pleasant shopping experience through exceptional design, style, and quality. In this store, visitors will find an assortment relevant to both active women working in nearby offices and mothers spending time with their children,” said the Head of Lindex in the Lithuanian and Latvian region.

The Lindex store will feature an interior with wooden elements – details inspired by the Scandinavian brand’s heritage will perfectly complement the green and bright interior of Europa.

In Europa Shopping Center, Lindex will complement both long-standing favorite brands and newly opened ones, such as Suitsupply, Tops!, Marc O’Polo, and Samsonite.

Recently, the only Caffeine in Vilnius offering breakfast and quality snack menus, opened in Europa, and soon the renovated restaurant Fortas and the Japanese food restaurant Miyako will open their doors.

The shopping center will embrace the upcoming warm season with outdoor terraces where visitors can relax and enjoy food and drinks.

Europa Shopping Center, Vilnius

The record-breaking start to the year in terms of leased area confirms the strategic direction of Europa as a conceptually distinct shopping center. In this context, the partnership with one of the international fashion leaders Lindex is particularly important. It reinforces Europa’s unique concept—a carefully curated mix of brands working in harmonious synergy with each other and with the surrounding central business district of Vilnius, said Tarmo Karotam, Fund Manager for Baltic Horizon Fund, the owner of Europa.

Baltic Horizon Fund’s portfolio consists of 11 real estate properties in the Baltic capitals, with an area exceeding 110,600 sq. m. The total value of the asset portfolio exceeds EUR 225.9 million. In Lithuania, Vilnius, the Fund owns Europa Shopping Center and the North Star office complex.
